On a play of Spine Poetry, I curated a selection of titles from my slices this month to create this poem.
It’s 4 a.m.
Bone Tired
Another Slice of Insomnia
Sleep
Liminal
Not Quite as Advertised
.
Slice of Nothing
Wired and Tired
Angst
.
Walk
Reading
Comfort Food
Self Care
Sunshine for the Soul
.
Just Today
Love this! Gotta try some spine poetry on for size. 🙂

Ha, what a great slice. Those spines say a lot about a month, hey?

I love this idea. I am always intrigued by spine poems but I’ve never been able to make them work for me. You make me wonder what my collection of titles would look and sound like.

I’d encourage you to play with them. I sorted mine into groups and arranged them to make their own narrative. I didn’t use all of them – only the ones I thought pertinent to tell the tale.

This poem is so meaningful. What a novel idea to use your titles as a poem – they do capture the mood of the month for sure.
